I have previously purchased by vehicle (2014 Chevy Impala) from this dealer and it was a good experience. I decided to drive all the way from Austin to Dallas to purchase a 2016 Cadillac Escalade when my daughter was born. With regards to the loan, avoid lentegrity at all cost. So greatful for this amazing place!!! We bought a Lexus ES350 years ago , and not one single thing mechanical EVER in all the years we had her went wrong! My wife and I spoke with a salesman for two days about our interest in a vehicle, scheduled an appointment for 2-4 to test drive. We scheduled a baby sitter and driver over two hours to meet with the salesman for the test drive and the car was on a test drive when we pulled into the lot. After we confirmed our appointment and our salesman said he was getting the vehicle ready for our test drive, he was unable to hold the vehicle for us and another salesman undercut him and sold the car to a walk-in.
