Staff are all pleasant, good service..
Today I visited the BB2 WEM branch with my wife. Two staff members at the entrance warmly welcomed us. After we were seated, a male server with a bright smile kindly explained the food in detail. The food wasn’t too salty and all the ingredients were fresh. I especially liked how the staff frequently wiped down the food displays and kept checking to make sure nothing ran low — it showed they really care about hygiene and freshness. Service was good, waiting staff was excellent, but "the food" was below a average. One time visit was more than plenty.
Dropped by during Edmonton visit back in July - Located by the casino in West Edmonton Mall - great vibrant vibes - space is clean, and decor is quite interesting - Super hero statues scattered about - Kpop playing throughout - great vibes no doubt. Service was quick - team members helpful, and respond quickly. Great meat selection for grilling, and so many additional buffet goods and desserts - instant noodle station as well! - sauce station as well. Foods not bad, typical Korean bbq, buffet selection is slightly larger than regular, but base price is way higher than all other kbbqs. Worst part is that they charge 18% service charge, and just hand you the machine without the receipt, or reminding you they already charged the 18%. Ended up double tipping and they didn't even bat an eyelash after I mentioned it.
