I had my 2008 cadillac dts serviced for a starter motor ! Picked it up and the power steering failed!!! They fixed it but now leaks power steering fluid , I drove it for a year it never leaked anything!!! Now after them changing the oil , mind you it didn’t leak a drop of enything now it leaks two quarts every four weeks , my old car had very little body damage but now has several serious problems I believe caused by them !!! I took my truck to BB’s for an insurance claim, expecting a straightforward three-week repair as originally told. Instead, I endured four months of empty promises and outright deception. Every week, I was told, “It’ll be done next week.” That next week never came. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience with these guys. They took 2.5 days to even diagnose it, then spent 2 hours reattaching a drain hose that had completely saturated my passenger side floorboards, front and back. That leads to mold and mildew which I’m now fighting. Then the hose became loose again 2 days later, and their response was “your passenger keeps kicking the side panel and it loosens the hose.” What??! You’re telling me it’s my passengers fault?
