Horrible, horrible, horrible experience with these guys. They took 2.5 days to even diagnose it, then spent 2 hours reattaching a drain hose that had completely saturated my passenger side floorboards, front and back. That leads to mold and mildew which I’m now fighting. Then the hose became loose again 2 days later, and their response was “your passenger keeps kicking the side panel and it loosens the hose.” What??! You’re telling me it’s my passengers fault? One of the best experiences I’ve had with auto shops in Murray. They were quick and informative on what was wrong and what wasn’t. They explained everything I didn’t know and even showed me what was wrong. Great group of staff and very knowledgeable helpful and kind.
