Bad customer service very overpriced. I came in for a full set and was charge for $85 I asked to speak with a manager and the manager was so unprofessional and rude. I’m telling him I didn’t like my nails and it wasn’t worth $85 Basically he wasn’t hearing what I had to say. And they called the place boujee nails but the place was so nasty and dirty. It should have named it Dirty nails .
The way the receptionist answered the phone was a complete turn off. I try to support my people and I can’t even get in the door. I’m fairly new to AL and I have to travel to Hoover to get my nails done. Do better, service is very important. Thanks for nothing.
Maybe she had an off night or something I’m not sure, but I expected more given all of the positive reviews she had. I thought I found a hidden gem cause she’s black owned and was able to fit me in after work when most places would be closed. The picture I showed her and what I got was like night and day and when I tried to tell her my nail was crooked she told me “take that up with your momma” like I don’t know my finger crooked but that has NEVER been a problem in the past with previous nail techs and also the shape was of... read more
Always a good time with Mimi. She’s on point with everything she does. Nails last and are always healthy. Mimi makes sure to use her creativity to meet your needs every times. I’ve been coming to Mimi for about a year now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Prices are reasonable compared to a lot of other salons and nails are always 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
