I came here one week ago to just relax and do something nice for myself. I asked for something pretty simple. A short set painted pink. I explained that my job requires short nails but it was still awkward asking him to continue to go shorter. He looked at me like had three heads and the still were not the length I wanted. I had such horrible service here. I went home crying. I have no idea who did them but they turned out awful. I even got cut twice.

I called ahead to ask if they offered builder gel manicures. I was told yes.. when I arrived the employees acted like they didn’t want to do it. Put me with a woman that didn’t know how to. She didn’t even soak my hands. Pushed all of my cuticles back while they were dry, with no oil. Made half of my fingers bleed. Tried to apply the builder gel, had no clue what she was doing.
