I called ahead to ask if they offered builder gel manicures. I was told yes.. when I arrived the employees acted like they didn’t want to do it. Put me with a woman that didn’t know how to. She didn’t even soak my hands. Pushed all of my cuticles back while they were dry, with no oil. Made half of my fingers bleed. Tried to apply the builder gel, had no clue what she was doing. If I could give negative stars I would!! Went to table 9 today at 11am. Showed the guy a reference photo. Told him I wanted the exact same length, shape, and color… I’ll include what I asked for and what I got. I never said I wanted a design or anything yet he felt the need to add it. Didn’t speak English suddenly when I didn’t like it, but was just asking me about holiday plans. I will never go back! I do not recommend to anyone. Poor service. Poor quality.. high prices for the trash they call art and talent.
