Went there today to get my 8 yr daughters nails shaped and painted and will never go back. First, upon walking in the staff didn't acknowledge us (we were literally only people there). Once we got seated the man doing her nails just had a nasty attitude and you could tell he didn't want to do his job. He didn't know how to shape or just didn't want to. Never will I ever step foot back in that place AGAIN terrible customer service
I am infuriated right now! Usually Pam does my eyebrows and always does an excellent job. Today I went in and she wasn’t around, I needed them in a hurry, so I let another lady do them. DO NOT LET JUDY DO YOUR EYEBROWS! First she was extremely rough. And then when I looked in the mirror. Omg. They are so thin! She waxed them all off!! AND, they are uneven. Worst pedicure I ever had. The nail tech guy acted annoyed, rough, and rushed through my pedicure. The nail polish was old and sticky. After two days of wearing flip flops I decided to wear sneakers and the nail polish peeled off in my socks.. I will never return here or let someone else bet me out of my money like this again.
went to BB nails on my lunch break and asked for a pedicure, and it was the worst pedicure I have ever had. The guy was so rude, and was snatching my feet around the entire time and just didn't care. I honestly wanted to cry it was that uncomfortable. I will not be back!
Extremely disappointed in BB Nail salon. I requested a pedicure and full set manicure. I received the very minimum of both request! While doing my arcrylic full set manicure, my nails were not filed down properly therefore two of them popped off the next day. As for my pedicure my feet were not scrubbed enough although my toenails were painted well. I have a standing appointment every 3 weeks for mani/pedi. However I have had a massage as well as I am now a fan of the fabulous facial. Tam and Andy are awesome!!
BB nails is the greates!....Love the owners!...The only nail place i would go to!
