I called, they were very professional. i had to change my moving date, it was no problem and I was able to move on a Sunday morning. The guys came, there were 4 of them. They were quick, courteous and professional. I would def. use them again. Thank you B&B Movers.
Merry Christmas B&B Movers! Thank you for moving us back into our home the Saturday before Christmas after being postponed and rescheduled a few times by construction delays. Our excellent team efficiently move us several times the past 5 years and we appreciate seeing the same faces. Everyone was polite and careful with oversized heavy furniture and steep hills. Thank you.
If I could I would give zero stars. Still dealing with our claim and it's been 6 months. If you are a military family and get assigned B & B movers then please do whatever it takes to get a new company. They are the WORST. Arrived the first day at 1145 instead of 8a and all 4 guys smelled so bad like marijuana. They didn't inventory anything, they broke thousands of dollars of our furniture because they didn't wrap anything correctly and they were so disrespectful when we asked them to redo things. B & B Movers were the best movers I ever had! Excellent service and the move was quick and extremely efficient. I could not have ask for a better team. Four (4) wonderful man arrive on time and it took only a few hours to move from one apartment to another. They all were so careful with my belongs and set me up in my new place. These guys did a PHENOMENAL job moving me into my condo. It was raining on my move-in day, and we had several unforeseen obstacles along the way, but the entire team handled everything so professionally. And they were so fast! B&B went above and beyond to make my move happen smoothly, and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone moving in the Atlanta area.
