Service was great, food was great and music was spectacular.
Really want to say something positive but was very disappointed. Most of the staff seemed like they hated their jobs; bad attitudes - bad customer service. I will say the house band was PHENOMENAL!!! When we come back to Orlando we will visit again, hopeful for a better experience. Please don't disrespect BB.

Bad food, good music. Overpriced. The music is worth the visit. I suggest eating first.
Celebrated my son's 20th birthday here and we had a blast!!!!!
Visited last night with friends and the experience was awesome. Good food and drinks with great live music. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. Service was attentive and efficient. The atmosphere was bluesy and electric �����...... Will definitely come again!!!!
The servers were excellent and the food was great! It was a great way to celebrate my birthday! The venue is kid friendly! I enjoyed the live band performance! Ndigo was excellent and the entire band! I would recommend booking early for reservations! Thank you James for finding us a table!

Had my husband's 70th birthday party there and was accommodated with all the people that we had invited! The food was great and the service! Had a great time and the band was phenomenal! Thank you all! I will return!
When we walked in to the establishment, we were approached by at least two employees. Both persons mentioned the two hour max eatinv time requirement. Even though we arrived at 6:05 approximately, we still paid the $10 cover fee. My husband is a veteran, but never mentioned that he wouldn't have to pay.
