The Band Was excellent !!! Our service was ok the server had a lot of tables he was waiting on never came back for refills then when he did he forgot to come back with the refills I had to remind him..Food tasted good but the frys were cold and they forgot my coleslaw that came with my platter..
BB Kings, has a terrific staff, customer service that goes above and beyond, and phenomenal music, they play oldies, pop, and jazz music that keeps the crowd live all night, and the ambiance is perfection. A few weeks ago I proposed to my girlfriend and BB Kings helped coordinate everything. Special thanks to Tim Rardon and the All Star Band for making it truly a night to remember. BB Kings Orlando, will always have two dedicated customers for life!!
The service was not good at all. It wasn't our waitress' fault, she did the best she could. The kitchen was so backed up it took us over an hour to get ANY of our food... We stayed because we couldn't leave. The manager never even came to check on us or even apologize for the issues. I've had much better!
Come here every year, and every time it is simply amazing. Food is always good and the environment is awesome. The live band is definitely the cherry on top. If your looking for a chill spot where you can get a good meal, couple drinks, and then get your groove on the dance floor, then this is where you need to be!

Service was slow, took 10 minutes after we were seated for a server to come over and tell us another server would be right with us.. that being said, the food was delicious. I had the chicken fried chicken. It was REALLY good. Drinks were wildly overpriced. ($12 for a draft beer) I guess that is what it is being in tourist city USA. We arrived at 6:30 so we didn't have a cover charge, the band started around 7:30. They were great too.
Service, food, atmosphere was great! I had a good time, and my 16 y.o. enjoyed as well,I will be attending again!
