I brought an older used vehicle to B&B for some pretty elaborate service. Not only did I receive the most in depth diagnostic check that I have ever had, but I was also supported every step of the way by the incredible staff that helped to answer any and every question I had. It’s hard to find a shop that doesn’t leave you feeling as if you were just ripped off these days. B&B is a very welcome relief. The best shop in NorCal. Thank you for all that you do.
I had very good experience in this shop while my car had oil/filter changed and got inspected. Very friendly staff and excellent service at decent price. I received very detailed inspection report - very useful. I recommend B&B to all car owners in the neighborhood.
The crew at B&B Foreign Car Repair were friendly, professional and detailed when I took my Volvo XC60 Recharge for its 65k service. Their service report was detailed and they clearly explained the work that they did on my car. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to the dealer, and the service was done in the time frame that it was promised. I highly recommend them and will certainly be back!
WOW! I usually dread the annual service for my Volvo, but this was a refreshing experience! Quick and friendly on the phone for the appointment, adorable reception room when I dropped it off, kept me in the loop the whole time via text. And when I picked up the vehicle?
