The folks at B&B are great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest with their service recommendations. Before doing any work, they alway walk me through options and explain things in a way I can understand. I appreciate their clear communication and the service report that lays out future recommendations to keep my car running well. This family run business keeps our three family cars in great shape.
I brought an older used vehicle to B&B for some pretty elaborate service. Not only did I receive the most in depth diagnostic check that I have ever had, but I was also supported every step of the way by the incredible staff that helped to answer any and every question I had. It’s hard to find a shop that doesn’t leave you feeling as if you were just ripped off these days. B&B is a very welcome relief. The best shop in NorCal. Thank you for all that you do.
First time having one of my cars serviced at B&B and was really impressed. Appointment scheduling was a breeze, Sophia patiently answered my questions via email and provided updated estimates, and the work was done same day. The online inspection report with photos and comments from the technician gave me lots of good info, too. I’m always a little nervous to bring my cars to a new shop, but will absolutely be back to B&B!

The crew at B&B Foreign Car Repair were friendly, professional and detailed when I took my Volvo XC60 Recharge for its 65k service. Their service report was detailed and they clearly explained the work that they did on my car. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to the dealer, and the service was done in the time frame that it was promised. I highly recommend them and will certainly be back!
