Did you hide the other 1 star review because you called my mother an idiot? That's not going to change the fact that you were and are still being rude to her and that the mower isn't running now and she had to go buy new screws that were missing when I picked it up. So you can go ahead and hide this one, too, but reviews are meant for people to know honest experiences.
I bought a Bad Boy commercial mower last year. I'm really enjoying the machine and have had no trouble with it at all.
Quick and efficient service. Love our Bad Boy mower purchase from B and B.
Should be 1/2 star. Very rude and condescending. Lost my bolt. Told me I would just have to get another one. I asked how long the carburetor cleaning on my new lawnmower should last, they said till it quits. Not very good for someone running a business!
