All was ok
I had BB install a generator transfer switch in my home. The installer was on time, courteous and professional. The owner, Steve Anderson, was very cooperative when his quote differed from the final invoice. He realized the mistake and corrected it immediately. Great value and great customer service.
Installed new smoke alarms on short notice. Called on Monday and they were able to come out the very next morning. Very professional and helpful overall. Good work/great value. Am planning to call Steve again for more work later this spring.
Everything you hope for in an electrician: arrived with short notice, on time, good value for your money and went above and beyond.
