I recently visited this salon for braids, but my experience was disappointing. The whole time I was getting my hair done, the braiders were laughing at me and talking about my hair, which made me feel really ashamed and uncomfortable . Every day since, the hair has been falling out, and from the sides and back, you can clearly see how rushed it was. The experience was unprofessional, and I didn’t feel respected as a customer. I will never be going back here.
She is excellent! Very personable and professional. I will be definitely be coming back.
