I'm a long time customer of B B Angels and currently have a great pcp, she need Ed 4 days off ,so she ask a Bethlehem another pcp who had agreed to cover my 4 days 5 hours shifts, well the replacement Bethlehem pcp was a no call no show for all 4 days leaving me in a unsafe, unhealthy predicament. I contacted the agency owner to notify them that the replacement staff hadn't or called me or the agency.
