Furnace died mid week. My regular HVAC service provider provided quote but couldn’t install until following week. Called B&B to have a 2nd quote for comparison. They came to house same day to evaluate needs and provide quote. Significant price difference and they could install next day. Very professional crew (JD & Eric). Office staff was professional and pleasant and quickly handled my questions. I would recommend them.
Everyone was great! From Bobby Jo on the phone getting the scheduled to JD who showed up promptly to fix the issue. Have used them before and will continue!
Late one recent 25-degree night, we discovered that our heating had been out for hours. One call and the tech Devin was at the house before 10am - Polite, prompt and competent, he got to work right away, determined the problem, described the options and made the repair and was done 90 mins later. The process from call to Eddie to the work done was great. Happy to recommend B&B.

We called B&B at 8:30am on Saturday and they had 2 very capable techs out before 10am and had our heat back on by 10:15am! Phu and Anderson diagnosed a bad wire situation immediately, fixed it quickly, and were uber friendly throughout the process. We've used a lot of different HVAC companies in the past but the folks at B&B have consistently exceeded our expectations.
