B&B went above and beyond—truly outstanding service. On a Friday afternoon, the fan on the air handler in a home I manage stopped working—right before a major heat wave with temps pushing into the high 90s and 100s. I called B&B (we have a Service Agreement with them), and they had a technician, JD, onsite within a few hours. After diagnosing the issue, JD returned to their shop and brought back several portable AC units to ensure the tenants had cooling over the weekend.
