JD did a great job. Quickly and efficiently found the problem with my unit and were back the next morning with the part to repair it. Both technicians were professional and great to work with.

This review is based on our first inspection with technician, JD and his apprentice, Douglas. We are new customers to B&B and requested inspection of our new property built in 1970 for heat pump, condenser, and hot water heater. JD was very professional and knowledgeable of equipment and systems as well as to questions asked about upgrading our old system. I really appreciate the great service that we received from Eric and Aiden today. You guys were quick to fit us into your schedule which was great. Thanks for addressing the issue that we had with our HVAC. Thankfully, it wasn’t anything too serious!
Some aspects of the job of a technician would be easing customers anxiety as they call services out of certain emergencies. Devin did that so well today by offering clear explanations as to what happened with our heater and what kind of things we could do once a similar symptom arises. We are so relieved.
