Amazing experience. The air conditioning broke on a hot, humid Saturday in July and the technician was at our house within 2 hours. He was able to replace the broken part and we had our AC back. Fast, friendly service both on the phone and in person.
This is a revision to a formerly negative review. My compliments to Chris for his patience and grace. BandB probably saved me more than 20,000 after another company came out and wanted to sell me another system. I asked BandB to come out for pricing on a new system and they not only figured out I didn't need a new system, they had the one part needed on hand to fix my system. These gentleman, Eddie in particular, are super professional. They charge an honest wage, not only for the labor, but also for the parts. Our air conditioning went out over the Fourth of July weekend, and B&B Air Conditioning & Heating Service had their technician, Eric, at our home the very same day I called. Eric was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely kind. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor, explained everything clearly, and fixed it without ever trying to upsell me.
