I came in for a bang trim that was supposed to be $20, but I got charged $104 for bangs that are extremely thick. I asked for them not to be thick, but the hairdresser argued with me, saying they had to be or long hair would fall over the bangs. I explained that I’ve had bangs before and know how to style them the way I want them to lay, so that’s not a problem.
