Dr. Baz quoted $1000 then changed mind asking for $4250.00 I recently called Dr. Baz's office and scheduled an appt for a 6 year old patient to be tested for possible allergies to an antibiotic. I was quoted $1000.00 for the testing. After the patient went into the office, Dr. Baz's office called me and denied the appt and then change the estimate to 850.00 an hour with a minimum payment of 5 hours in advance totalling to $4250.00.
