Roaches/ neighborhood shootings / nothing gets fixed ..
Don’t let the other ratings fool you. This place sucks, I’ve been here for 2 years now and I can’t leave fast enough. The first apartment they had us in had nonstop flooding and plumbing issues and instead of letting us out of the lease like we asked they moved us to a smaller apartment at the same rate. Between property damage, moving expenses (we were moved to the other side of the complex and up the hill), and lost wages we are out at least $300 and DTI only agreed to a one month discount of $75 and now the new apartment ... read more

This place is an absolute rip off!!! The place had holes in the doors from previous renters, they are trying to keep my deposit (600.00) and saying we owe them another 600.00 ! Sounds to me like someone is pocketing the money and never fixing what needs to be fixed. Look out MANAGEMENT! Cause here I come! I want to see books, and what has been paid for and what has been fixed. If the numbers do not match up, looks like we have a lawsuit.
Every other day it seems like there's a problem with a water leak and the water is off or there is no hot water and there are roaches, I understand they are older apartments but they definitely need to be taken care of better.
