Since they moved the food isn't as good as it used to be
Have been popping in here on a nice evening to eat outside. Good quality stir frys. Price reasonable but portion sizes a little light on. Service good. One thing that has changed is that they are now using melamine plates which feels a little strange to eat off. I guess it prevents breakages but I do prefer ceramic.
I used to come to Baywok Concord when it was on the other end of the strip, was very lively and the staff were fun! On its new location, I’m seeing that the shop has dropped it’s customer service standards! Noticed sometimes that the shop isn’t open, but today I wanted an early dinner so I dined in and waited to order, the short girl didn’t even say hello whilst she walked past, and after 5mins of waiting, I said I wanted to order, then she took my order. We had the pleasure of Dan and his chefs cook for us at a private Catered party. The service and food was fantastic. I would highly recommend their service
Enjoyed the green curry and loved their fried rice. Reasonably priced. Great service Steve m
