Great people great neighbors great neighborhood The owners are awesome people.
True animal lovers, beautiful views, relaxed setting, great hospitality, nice rooms, and a fenced in yard so the dogs can run off leash... From the moment we got there, they made us feel welcome and right at home. Max, our lab, had an absolute blast, and I'm pretty sure if given the option, he would have stayed without us for a few weeks to keep swimming and playing fetch with John-Michael.
What a sweet little gem!! This truly feels like home. John Michael and Brook are great hosts ! Webber and Lil Man had a BLAST . You really feel the love they put into making everyone welcome! We will be back again! Thank you!!!

We just stayed at Baywaters Inn for 4 nights! What a wonderful place to bring pets! Our dog, Tanker, met three new friends. So nice to be on vacation at an inn that is fenced in and you do not have to worry about taking your dog out on a leash. He enjoyed looking out over the bay and playing in the bay! Not to mention playing with Bulldozer, Sparky and little Herbie ! Brooks and John Michael were wonderful hosts. Hoping to return again next September! Thank you again for your hospitality.
Awesome place to stay! John - Michael and Brooks go above and beyond for their guests. Will recommend to anyone headed to st pete beach. Rooms are updated and very clean. You cannot beat the price for the area and being dog friendly. Awesome environment for dogs where owner and pets can relax. We will be back for sure.
We have had the BEST past few days! I didn't have any expectations (good or bad) coming here, but I was blown away! I was so shocked at the degree of hospitality, and how wonderful they were to our dog. They don't just accept dogs, they're dog friendly. Our little Rose is a very sad girl now that we have to head back to Michigan and leave her new friends here. We are definitely coming back!
