I lived here for going on probably 67 years in the sixth seven years. I’ve been here. They have switched to multiple property management companies. They have had multiple leasing agents and managers working in that office but this current company just switched over to manage the property thailmer management if I’m not mistaken. Do not move in here…our ac is broken and has been on and off and we haven’t been here for more than 2 years it is dangerously hot in here 83° to be exact I have a one year old ..who is now sick and has been on and off because of this house ..nothing ever gets fixed ..walls are moldy our dishwasher has never worked we’ve had to have our washer and dryer replaced twice ..our closet doors have been off for months still haven’t been replaced nor fixed our cabinet under the sink is sinking in allowing any bugs or mold to come in ... read more
My sister lives here and they do nothing about pest control. They lie and say there’s no issue. Meanwhile your place will be absolutely infested. A scam.
I was going to apply here but I am so glad I read these reviews. A lot of complaints with the leasing staff, management and seeing the roaches in the fridge instantly turned me off. Ew.
UPDATE: not you crooks sold my informations to collections saying I owe you $250 when u owe me my refundable $250 you never paid back. I’m taking you to court enough is enough. What a bunch of losers. Do not apply to this property I have been getting emails from RADCO thanking me for living at this property. Stating they did a walk through of an apartment with an actual address and unit number and found damages and want me to pay $250. I have never ever lived at this property.
