This place is a joke. I had no idea I had to upgrade my car wash in order for them to dry my car. What’s the point of putting a sign outside saying car wash $5. Why can’t they just put car wash and dry for whatever the real cost is. 🙄 i can’t even read their screen because of the glare and then the receipts print out so fast they just go straight to the ground.
I have a car wash subscription with this facility. I contacted this facility about a month ago when I saw that they charged me for the month of April. Given the current circumstances I telephoned and requested a refund for the month of April and to discontinue my subscription going further. After 3 telephone calls I finally spoke to a gentleman today, who while I was on the phone contacted the owner. My husbands truck was damaged. Manager, Matt, promised they would take care of the damages. Now he wont return calls. Reporting to my insurance now and letting them handle it. There was a strap wrapped around the roller brush with a piece of copper pipe attached to it beating the truck from the front to the back as it passed by. It damaged 2 other vehicles as well.
RecommendedLive in Barnegat and I drive all the way up 9 just to see these guys. The prices are amazing and I’m out in 10 minutes. Never longer than 15. Stress free
i always have a great experience! my car is sparkling clean and it looks brand new. Matt and Mark are always so courteous and helpful! I highly recommend this place.
This car wash has been decreasing it’s quality of work! Today I went to the car wash and even with people drying the vehicles off I still got left with a crappy job! The car wash was so bad I washed it myself when I got home! Here are some pictures of how bad the quality is also forgot to mention the machine burns ur clear coat I now have 6 burns in my paint job that I have to some how buff out! this place would be great if they only had a staff with common sense.today was actually in the middle of vacuuming my car and a guy apparently just shut off all the vacuums on the people in the middle of vacuuming their car and then shuts down the car wash doesn't bother telling him anybody that he works there..
Always a great experience. Best vacuums around!!
