They raise the rent each year and their worker hardly or don’t fix anything at all they are really lazy when it comes to go sing things like leaks. Patchwork is lazy and not water resistance so it just causes more damages. They don’t allow parking in the front but won’t state why even thought they park their cars right in front, sometimes blocking the sidewalk. Only one friendly face there...Cristin. she always greets and helps me when I come in. Other than that their hours don't match the hours on the website. They need to work on customer service from what I have seen.
