Veronica who works in the lab at the Endocrinologist on First Colonial is the rudest person ever. She caught an attitude with me because I could not immediately give a sample. I apologized to her when I was ready and she responded in telling me that they were getting ready to close that's why she was rushing me...rude. I dropped some items on the ground while trying to rush to give my sample and she and her coworker left it on the floor. Neither said goid-bye either. I will never return to that office. Worst office staff service ever at the 2075 Glenn Mitchell Dr Suite 300 Virginia Beach, VA 23456 office. Her answer to our concerns : “it’s not our problem call your PCM!” So far we have had pleasant experience with the Dr’s the two times we have seen them. but the office staff are RUDE and speak to patients as if they are a burden. My husband had a stent put in and we had concerns with symptoms that came up after the procedure. We called the office staff twice to request information, help, possibly get a message to a nurse ... read more

Horrible experience- staff is is not effective . My father had to go to the practice 5 times as they did not listen to what pharmacy he needed the medicine to be sent. Staff kept giving him the run around and saying they changed the pharmacy and never did. My father who is a military vet wasted over 1 and a half days trying to get them to send the prescription to the right pharmacy. Outrageous!
This place is absolute trash.
