I've been a patient of Dr. Chapniks for the better part of 15 years. Ive had him as both my familys doctor and as my own GP. He stitched me up when I was 15 and had my hand sliced open with a sheet of tin metal, and I've even going in on and off for minor ailments, as I feel you should. He operates a walk-in clinic on Saturdays for patients to come in if they can't get an appointment early enough, which is fine and dandy. However, I recently broke my hip in a workplace accident. Doctor Fernando has been my Doctor since 2012, I have been so lucky to be in her care. She has excellent bedside manner and spends quality time with me when I need it. She isn’t a drug pusher and always follows up with me. I also love the staff at the Clinic, they are always smiling and pleasant to speak with. They make jokes and are so patient.
Dr. Fernando is a great doctor, she calls the patient whenever the time is right , receptionist also gets the message and gives me appointments, I appreciate it!
Dr. Fernando is a caring physician who goes the extra mile with her patients. Bright and perceptive, she stays on top of the latest medical information.
No longer a walk-in clinic. They’re only accepting appointments for existing patients, which I am/was. The receptionist gaslit me saying I haven’t been a patient here in over 5 years although I have been to this clinic during the pandemic. The receptionist was still able to pull up my file to see that I am in their system, but refuses to book an appointment for me as I am no longer a patient due to this alleged “long gap”.
