resident for 36 years. recent absentee slumlord has nearly doubled the rent in 5 years, and is great in that if the rent check hits the bank he's happy. at least 7 renters have modified units not in keeping with the lease or city/state law, and there is no manager on-site to handle issues with tenant violations. noise, speeding, people running through your yard, theft, drunk driving/wrecks, fires, it's nuts. it's like the Wild West, but like i said, pay the rent, no problem. if this is for you, move on in!
