I, along with four others, sat in the emergency room for 13 hours. It's the worst run hospital in Baltimore
Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center has shown nothing but neglect and incompetence in their care. I filed a formal complaint in October and was completely ignored. Since then, the situation has only worsened. My loved one was hospitalized in December due to an untreated urinary tract infection contracted while under their care. Now, they are hospitalized again, and we’ve learned that the stents placed by Bayview staff have caused sepsis, a life-threatening condition. Top of the line medical facility
I don’t usually write reviews, but this hospital needs to re-evaluate their emergency team. Some ER nurses are rude, they show no empathy/ sympathy at all and no urgency to help. Security helps more and sympathize more then these nurses do. I get everyone is exhausted but we are all human. I won’t go in to details of my visit, but someone needs to re-evaluate these front line nurses and perhaps offer psychological assistance because these attitudes is not acceptable specifically from ER.
