I have used Bayview for different buildings I have owned over the years. I have tried a few of the lowball companies but they havent been nearly as good, i.e. too many problems. The old adage, you get what you pay for is usually true. They have very good employees and seem to keep the same people on staff for many years, which makes me feel very comfortable compared to companies that have greater turnover.
