Absolutely do not use them.... horrible. My simple refinance has been in processing since November of 2021. So far in 2022 the closing date has been cancelled, credit had to be re-pulled etc. We are going on month 4 of the refinance and they just cancelled the closing again days before the date and now I don't have any idea what will happen. The last time they cancelled it took 2 months to get back on the closing schedule and all documentation updated. Absolutely garbage company.
My loan was bought out by Bayview from Citi Financial.. Bayview changed their name to Community Loan.. my payment steadly increased from 480 to 620 a month the customer service is awful the screwed me over on my escrow payments every year. If there was ever a predatory loan group this is it! I'm so glad to have them paid off and out of my hair. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!

Our mortgage was sold to Community Loan Servicing from Bayview and CitiFinancial prior to that. We have a 30 year mortgage of which we have paid 15 years worth of payments on time every month. In 15 years, we have only paid off 12% of our loan. I believe that all 3 of these companies are predatory loan companies and should be shut down! We are in the process of looking at other banks so that we can refinance for a 15 or 10 year loan, pay the same monthly loan payment, and actually pay our loan off instead of paying 99% inter... read more

this is bar far the worst mortgage company no help at all they do a run around its so frustrating somone gave me the wrong info on my trial payment saying i could use my suspension money for a payment and then they stop my modification because of this they keep saying there excalating it i get the run this is not how you treat people what id it was there home
could give a 0 I would. Bayview loan services transferred account to ******* loan services where they are taking people hard earned monies & not paying city taxes or home insurance. Bayview Loan Servicing which is now Community Loan Servicing did not have the consideration to transfer people accounts to an accredited upstanding company. These people are crooks and frauds. They are trying to revive an old account of over 7 years and saying that it is a current debt and putting it on my credit report and reporting it as new. I have disputed it and they have created false information to put on my credit report. This is illegal and they are scammers!!! Do NOT do business with them!!!!

Terrible customer service! Harassment! My loan was transferred Jan 2020 to Bayview. Jan 2, 2020 I was "in default of my loan for non payment on Jan 2020). I was notified in February of the transfer. I was not given 30-60 days. I was given 1 day! Company is Unorganized! My loan is paid! Each month I pay my mortgage online and they receive it! I get 4-5 calls a day, multiple letters sent out the same date (it's same date on letter) of default, threatening to take my home! I have men show up on Saturdays to do an inspection of ... read more
This is the worst mortgage company I have ever had the misfortune to be forced to deal with. Everything from slow processing of payments resulting in unwarranted late fees, to perennial problems with their web site, to difficulty accessing tax forms. If you have any choice in the matter avoid dealing with this company.

I currently have a loan with this company. I have a hardship that I know is going to occur and I have attempted to contact them for the past 3 weeks. I have emailed on 2 ocassions and been on hold for over 55 minutes only to be told by 6 different people that I was transferred to the incorrect department. This is a debt collection company and I guarantee if I stop making my payments they will call.
