Fraudulent and thieves! I would give them zero, they did not pay my taxes or insurance, year after year, I spent hours on the phone to get it paid. after they made the payment they would increase my mortgage payment, stating there was a shortage however they only made one partial payment yearly putting my property into tax sale for owed taxes year after year. my taxes and insurance was $3900 a year, however at one point they had over 10k in escrow, I was paying over 60% of my payment as escrow. Very disorganized. Try getting a hold of someone on the phone. Sold my loan a million times and then said error regard loan transfer. Then got a letter I ham $5000 behind payments which I am not. Ive been paying every month. It dinged my credit, got a foreclosure letter. Found out they did sell the loan and THEY are behind on the transfer!!! They Fing suck!!!
I have been trying to reach Community Loan by phone. I was on hold for 50 minutes and then got disconnected. I have called back and so far been on hold for 9 minutes. Its's impossible for me to give a review for anything else because I am unable to speak to anyone.

They wrote me a 'Bad Check' and now they're NOT helping to fix it and pay me what they owe me. I'll have NO CHOICE but to take them to small claims court. I WOULD NOT recommend doing any business with them.
Due to issues with Covid-19 I missed a month of my mortgage payment. When I called them to ask if their was a way I could spread the payment out over future payments to get caught up. They said they don’t have an option to do that. Since this missed payment any future payments were not credited to my account. According to their records I was still passed due from the missed payment. As is a common practice I split my house payment across my two monthly pay checks. If you have a legitimate complaint against them, I suggest you file a complaint with the department that licenses them. In NC it is the Banking Commissioner; suggest you pull that up in your state and search for name. That is the only thing that will motivate them; the fact that they can have their license pulled and can no longer do business in whatever State is in question. No amount of threats will intimidate them, hit them where it hurts, their "pocket book".
If I could give this company zero, I would. This company is a criminal. The mortgage increases all of the time, the balance has not decreased since the mortgage was taken out in 2004! Decided to get a real loan that can actually be paid off, and when I call for papers, they send the wrong papers. I have spent over 100 man hours since October contacting this place, waiting for documentation, being put on hold, sending emails to never answers or get the correct documentation I need in order to get a new loan. Would not use this company again! Title had issues when we refinanced with them and we had a large “surprise” charge at closing after not getting any paperwork until we were actually waiting at Title to close. That should have stopped me to begin with from using them. They are not timely so they can sneak charges in.
