I ordered a plant for a friend's special occasion. I was contacted by Max regarding my order. While the plant was out of season, Max still tried to locate it for me by contacting several wholesalers. I was given options as to how to proceed. I decided to switch to an arrangement. I explained what the occasion was and let Max choose a suitable arrangement. Never received flowers. My partner ordered roses to arrive on Valentine's Day and it's now almost 8:30 pm, the store is closed so there is no one to get in touch with, and the flowers never arrived. I'm not even sure they would be fresh if delivered this late. We continued to wait at home to receive them once we realized that they had still not arrived by late afternoon/early evening and since we never received a cancellation email or update regarding delivery, we just expected them to arrive. Extremely poor service. I had placed an order prior to Valentine’s Day and was told that they would be delivered by 1pm, but when I arrived to the house at about 5:30pm the flowers were nowhere to be found (keep in mind someone was home to receive all day long). I decided to go to the store to pick the flowers up myself, even after paying for delivery, and when the person assisting me called the delivery driver he notified me that he had dropped them off. A very beautiful bouquet (not pictured), but the order was wrong. Essentially, it was $95 on UBER for an AI image, and not only a grocery store cake, but the wrong cake - advertised as black forrest and got red velvet - my LEAST favourite cake. Not worth the price.
Many thanks for doing such a wonderful job! This is the second time I have ordered Flowers. Both arrangements were stunning, delivered on time. I suggest everybody have to visit for once.
