I recently ordered an Elegant pink and white floral bouquet from Uber, and I wanted to share my experience. Firstly, the bouquet that arrived looked nothing like the picture on the Uber app (both pictures attached). I had specifically requested white wrapping paper and even called to confirm that it was available. They assured me it was, but the bouquet arrived with a completely different wrap. Bayview Fancy Flowers is my go-to florist in Toronto - I live far south downtown Toronto but make the extra trip uptown specifically for this store. The owners and staff are all incredibly helpful, creative, and very open to customizations or requests. The flowers are consistently well stocked, fantastic quality, excellent price point, and last for at least a week longer than the average florist. We had to order same-day flower delivery and even though they said it’s not guaranteed if you place the order after 12 p.m., they managed to deliver the flowers in less than 3 hours!!! The bouquet looked just like shown on their website. Very pleased with the service. Thank you
