Cristina Graber, my hygenist was great as always. Efficient with a happy demeanor.I had missed my 10:00 AM appointment, but was able to reschedule for later in the day.(Age related memory loss). Was not made to feel guilty, though I did. Like the way I was given a "goodie" bag with tooth brush, toothpaste, and floss which alsoincluded the next appointment card. Again, efficiency counts! Now, if I can get myselfthere on time, all will be good!!
