I'm a young man who had a bad experience years ago at another dental facility and quit going to the dentist. I wasn't looking forward to this dentist apt. but I knew I needed to get it past me and I had already asked off from work for this apt. Although I had a lot of tarter build-up from about 6 years of neglect, Cristina, my hygienist, was gentle and very knowledgeable. She was very nice, personable, and we enjoyed a few laughs together. I had a crown started yesterday, and it was as comfortable as that's possible. Dr. Lafrenz was very professional, and reassuring.
The new hygenist,Jessica,was wonderful.She was very attentive to all teeth and very gentle.I would definitely use her again.
Neeta Patel is my dental hygienist. She is thorough and very professional. Under her care my dental health has improved. She is meticulously thorough and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to close friends and family. Originally, I did occasionally see Dr. Faulkner. He no longer appears available. What I can say is he hires good people. I have been going to his office for approximately 5 years.
