Cristina is a great lady and I can't say enough good about all the ladies on the staff. Also Dr. Faulkner was ill but Dr. Lafrenz did a great job of pinch hitting. I have always received excellent care here.
Receptionist was cheerful and helpful - not short at all... Worked to give us the appointment we needed. Very pleased.

Cristina helps me relax and I feel so comfortable getting my teeth cleaned. I admit, I'm even nervous about simple cleanings! The staff from the time I walk in the door to when I leave are so friendly. I tell everyone I know just what a great team you have!

No, I still don't like going to the dentist but I had a great experience as I always do. Sylvia is a charm and welcomes everyone with a smile. The dental hygienist are competent and pleasant and Dr. F. has always been wonderful to both my Mom and I. It is a great experience and best of all he doesn't want to see me again for 6 months. Truly, they use state of the art procedures and there is no discomfort.
Dr Faulkner has set exceptional standards for himself and his staff and there is no deviation from providing optimum care for his patients. His dental hygienists are real pros... No shortcuts in their care as well . I recommend Dr Faulkner to all my friends ..............Luc beeckman
