Pleasant, caring, competent - this describes everyone in the office.
Very professional and friendly.
Always excellent with great care and service. Only complaint this time is the pushing of annual x-rays which may not always be needed.
The hygienist did an excellent job. She kept me informed of what she was doing along the way and was gentle but effective. All that while being a very nice person too! The dentist had a nice approach and I felt 'listened to'.
This an excellent dental office. Both the cleaning tech and the Dr. were very thorough and professional. I'm blessed to have found them. I can't say enough good about them. I certainly am thankful to be in their care.

jessica the hygenist was excellent,she advised how to better take care of my dental health,as well as doing a great job. dr. faulkner was as usual pleasant and took care of some small problems. this is a great office, everyone is so pleasant and professional.
DR LAFRENZ IS ALWAYS ON TIME, VERY GENTLE, EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, VERY CARING.
