Fit me in for an appointment within 24hrs, great customer service from front desk manager, Dr Lo's manner was very calm and grounded. The dental assistants were friendly and on point. Holly the hygienist was friendly, the treatment was gentle, and great to speak to. Everyone was very Thorough!
Came to bayview dental centre for a cleaning today and they didn’t disappoint. The staff at this office are very friendly and welcoming. Christen, the office manager helped get me sorted before I was taken to another room for my cleaning. Elizabeth was a phenomenal hygienist, I definitely recommend booking with her if you’re new! Her attention to precision is outstanding, and I felt super comfortable having her do my cleaning. I will certainly be coming back, thank you Elizabeth!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I have been a customer at Bayview Dental Centre for at least five years now, and have witnessed the profound change in service between the previous owner, Dr Simpson, who was honestly one of the most kind, wonderful doctors I’ve ever had contact with, and this new conglomerate, which emphasizes an assembly-line like operation with almost no personalized customer service (as was common with Dr Simpson) and doctors who show no general care or compassion towards their patients. Best dentist, super friendly, doesn’t feel like a typical dentist, has very nice lighting and great staff. Genuinely recommend this beautiful spot over any other Dentist in the area.
Had a wonderful and easy experience with Holly the dental hygienist, and dr Lo was very gentle with the numbing to make my experience easier and more comfortable. Front staff are very helpful as well.
