Always pleasant experience and friendly staff. Sue is very professional and nice to chat with ( when my mouth isn't full!) Watch out for that Erica O'Hearn. She's been giving hugs to patients!

This week I stopped in to the office without an appointment, seeking treatment for an inflamed and swollen gum/cheek area. As luck would have it, there was a cancellation and I was being treated before I knew it! I have been a patient at Traverse Dental Associates since the age of about 5, having the original Dr. Kelly at the office near the Park Place. This visit was like all the rest, very friendly, professional and reassuring. Thanks for the excellent service!

Receptionist staff very friendly and prompt. Dr. Macare is always friendly, smiling, personable. She briefly explains what she is doing in the moment which is something that I like. Her finished product is great. Her Dad and Grandfather did the same. Morgan, who assisted was very efficient to my needs and Dr. Macares work needs. A good team. Carrie did my cleaning, it's nice to have the same hygienist every time I go. In my opinion she does a very god job with my teeth and checking my overall condition.
