This was a cleaning day; but my technician (Lora) is always thorough, friendly, and competent. She offers lots of suggestions for improving the care of my teeth.

Dr. Swan did incredible work while I was in the TDA office last week - he makes you feel at complete ease throughout a tooth extraction. He consistently asked me if i was doing ok during the procedure and felt like he really cared about the work he was doing. Thank you Dr. Swan!

On Tuesday evening, one of my old gold crowns fell out while I was eating. I called my dentist at Traverse Dental Associates on Wednesday morning and I received an appointment for 2:30 p.m. that afternoon to be worked into the schedule to have the crown cemented in place. I arrived a few minutes before 2:30 p.m. and I was immediately ushered into one of the offices where the dentist reattached the crown doing all the fine tuning so my bite was perfect.

Laura and Dr. Josh treated me like a friend. I appreciate the way they explain in detail how things are with my teeth, and how I can improve my oral health. My visits are always a pleasure. Also pleasant greetings from receptionists for check-in and checkout. Definitely 5 stars!
