I had a good impression of my first visit to this dentist. Everyone was polite, things seemed well organized, and I felt comfortable with the dentist and hygienist. My only negative comment is that I didn't realize until afterwards that it was the first time I went for a cleaning and checkup and did not receive a complimentary toothbrush and floss! Minor issue of course. I still plan to return to this dentist.
Being new to the area, I just chose them because of the cleaning special advertized in the paper. I needed some other work and came back to see Dr. Zakko. I was pleasently surprised. She was very calming and both Rosie, who did my cleaning, and Claudia, who assisted on my crown replacement, were knowledgeable and professional. The staff in front office answered all my questions regarding billing and treatment options. I have no insurance, so I ask BEFORE I schedule me treatments.
Dr. Zakko is fantastic! I can't say enough wonderful things about her.
