Bayview Apartments is a great place to live. It's a long way away from the place I lived in my adolescents. Everything is really cool the people who mostly keep to them selves. and keep it civil I've never met them. Just saying hello everyone keep their throughout. The premises is very nice and they keep the on the leash. and the doggy bags they clean up after the dogs . You are reading some stuff that is from a person that is my self. Had an appointment at 1 they didn't even bother showing up and then tried to reschedule I wouldn't recommend it the apartments also look run down and been told they are
Total patch job of cheap underdeveloped infrastructure. Fentanyl dealers live here and blatantly sell illegal drugs from their apartments, attracting super sketchy people that will approach women threateningly and steal whatever isn't bolted down, with no acknowledgement or action from management or law enforcement. I cant wait to move out of here.
*if you’re a woman do not live here esp if you’re going to live by yourself* Owners don’t live in the area and the property management company is slow to respond. The owners do not pay to properly fix things, mold gets painted over, there’s broken and rotting stairs that I fell down several times in the rain and ice and that was even before they removed the little bit of matting the stairs had. They need a 0 star option. 1 day it’s a racist man yelling all times of the day the next peoples cars are getting broken into. These apartments are a cesspool and do nothing but make the east side community feel unsafe.
