I lived here once in 2016 and the hallways really horrible and the place is old as hell
This building is only great for the aesthetic and the location, however it has tons of problems. It took 3 months to get a busted window fixed during the winter because it's very difficult to contact management. The building has a rich history of package thefts due to the outside doors not shutting all the way. Nothing is done to maintain the plant life or the fountain in the courtyard. There have been multiple new building managers across 6-12months. They have been given long lists of things to do and needing immediate fixing but they don't have permission to fix it from property company.
This place is awful at communicating with thier tenants
