One star for receptionist only. On Wednesday September 7, 2016 I called Bayview Animal Hospital to make an appointment for my pet, this receptionist told me to hold, and I accidentally disconnect the phone. When I realized it, I immediately called back, she never answered my phone. I then waited for about an hour later to call again and she just did not say anything but pushed the wait button and I heard the lady next to her said "what is going on with you" in a jokingly voice. my cats have had dr white and dr norman... they are the best... especially since im an over protective mother of my two (cat) boys!!!! would not go any where else... the other staff members are great too... they were also great when my parents dog got cancer....
