I STATED I WOULD NOT WRITE A REVIEW, BUT AFTER FURTHER CONSIDERATION, I FELT COMPELLED TO DO SO. OUT OF A $30,000 SETTLEMENT, I RECEIVED $12,000, WHILE THEY RECEIVED $15,000. MY INITIAL CONCERN ARISES FROM THE MEETING BETWEEN KROGER'S LAWYERS AND MINE. I REQUESTED A VIDEO TAPE FROM MY LAWYER, BUT WHAT THEY PROVIDED WAS ESSENTIALLY INSUFFICIENT.
