Went in due to a recall notice for my vehicle which was a fuse replacement at 8:06 am. Which was supposed to be an easy replacement and ended up waiting for two and a half hours! I was the third car before they even opened but wasted a day waiting around. Absolutely disappointed, I could have done the fuse replacement at home for less than 10 minutes!
