I had a horrible experience today. First there was issues with finding the powder for my acrylic nail refill - I respectfully listened and tried to find a solution. A solution was found but then the nail tech continued to cut me while using one of the electrical tools on my nails. I verbalized to him that he hurt me but acted as though he did not care. He grabbed my hand as though he was trying to hurry up with me. At this point I felt he was being intentional in hurting me. I washed my hands and it burned to wash them. I tr... read more
