I had a horrible experience today. First there was issues with finding the powder for my acrylic nail refill - I respectfully listened and tried to find a solution. A solution was found but then the nail tech continued to cut me while using one of the electrical tools on my nails. I verbalized to him that he hurt me but acted as though he did not care.
