We rented climate control with Russell at Baytown Storage who is professional and people oriented. He maintains top notch cleaningness at the storage facility and also with the U-Haul trucks. If we ever need a storage, we will return.

DO NOT RENT HERE. My brother and sister in law rented a storage unit here and it got broken into. Baytown storage is NOT corporating The security cameras here at BAD quality. Find a more reputable company to store your belongings.
Do not rent here! My niece rented a unit here and her unit was broken into and Baytown Storage has told her it’s not their problem! So if you value your items you will store them at a more professional storage company who cares about their customers!!
My sister in law & brother rented a storage from this place and most of their things were stolen out of their interior climate controlled storage. They don’t offer cameras on the inside of the storage units. The outside cameras are very poor quality. I highly suggest you think twice before you store your belongings here. Find a more reputable company for your storage needs.
My niece rented a storage unit here and her things were stolen out of the storage unit. The facility would not help her and said they were not responsible for her items! DO NOT RENT HERE.
No cameras inside storage building. Recently having a problem with people breaking into storage units. Baytown Storage takes no responsibility even though the storage units are inside of a supposedly secure building. If you have a unit here you may want to think twice. I’m removing my belongings. If anything stolen, to collect on insurance you must have pics and receipts of what’s in storage unit!!!!! They take no responsibility. My daughter who had things stolen from her unit was told that “they can’t watch everything”.
