Bill in parts saying he dont give out part numbers, what the hell is that.!!! I bought a vehicle here but never again will i got back this is insane. The owner should know this customer service is what drives business away what a shame.
I go to Baytown Ford for all of my parts and if they don't have it they an get it for me pretty quickly or will tell me who has it in stock if I'm in a hurry for it. Jeremy is who I almost always talk to.
