I gave legal documents to get information regarding my son, this was ignored, when I visited in person the secretary had a massive attitude problem and said the paperwork was vague, upon sending more documents it was ignored and they have yet to communicate with me. I have since gotten full custody of my son and presented them with legal documents and requested relevant information, it has been over a week.
