AVOID. I am filing a complaint with the state for this office. Heather Doe thinks she is the gatekeeper against patients getting care. It's appalling this office is allowed to operate given how little they care about patients. Chronic illness isn't treated, medications are mishandled, and no one in this office cares or has the same answer to a question. Probably one of the worst doctor's office in the country. In my 6 years here I seen: doctors fail to fill my prescription before I completely ran out way too often, almost lost access to my medication because a urine sample I gave was used for the wrong test (I had to go back and give another sample - yes I was billed for both tests), lab work I was ordered did not have my correct credentials, and blatant disrespect with doctors not taking concerns seriously and one even laughed when I asked if we could actually look into wh... read more
I am submitting a significant complaint and concern. I was seen yesterday for care regarding a diagnosis of fluid behind my eardrum that is causing me to be unable to walk straight, lose my balance, causing nausea, and obviously the inability to drive. I was prescribed an antibiotic but it was sent in pill form after I continuously request all my medication in liquid form as I cannot swallow pills.
