RecommendedMy son had his 4 wisdom teeth removed today. Very impressed with the staff and how supportive they were before, during, and after. Dr. Shen just called to check on how my son was doing tonight. Highly recommend them!!
This was the most amazing experience (for and extraction) Dr Shen and his associates really know what they are doing, for both appointments I only waited 5 minutes as well..I highly recommend them!
I was referred to this location by the dentist over at Dental Dream to have my wisdom teeth extracted. I call and the receptionist takes my name and DOB. As soon as I give them my health insurance they instantly reply with, "I'm sorry we aren't taking anyone over the age of 21" Probably should of lead with that before asking for my insurance because now you seem like a scummy practice that doesn't even follow their core values of "Passion, Empathy, Honesty".
worse practice I've ever been to. Doctor was so rude to me about being in recovery right off the bat. ( clean now 2 years ). Then tried to pull a fast one by taking Xrays he already had been given from my dentist to charge me more. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy.
Very clean and professional
This is my second visit with my 6 year old and I waited OVER 50 minutes BOTH times, I think they need more hands on deck or some kind of toy section to keep children busy if they plan on keeping people waiting past their appointments.
